School Accreditation
Private schools within the GCC are becoming subject to increasing levels of oversight from their national regulatory authorities, who are starting to require documented evidence of:
- self-reflection and school development planning
- input from external stakeholders, including Parent-Teacher Associations, student representatives and Board of Governors
- student learning
- health and safety
- adoption of best-practice
Applying for independent school accreditation from a recognised international body often provides a useful framework for managing this process. In some GCC countries it is a requirement.
We work with schools to guide them through the process which, without an external facilitator, can be both confronting and very time consuming.
