The course fee includes the two course textbooks, Study Guide booklet, Workplace Tasks booklet, access to the ICCC web site, comprehensive feedback on written assessments, access to online chat, access to web forums and support from our experienced trainers.

Students who cannot demonstrate a current First Aid qualification (including training in anaphylaxis) will have to undertake a First Aid course. This will be at additional cost, but facilitated by Eduserve.
